Erin Furmaga, DVM

Dr. Erin Furmaga graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in Madison, Wisconsin in 2023. Before veterinary school, she completed a Masters in Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology at Columbia University and subsequently worked in a veterinary diagnostic laboratory. Before joining Rose City she worked as an associate veterinarian at another Portland area veterinary clinic.

Her areas of interest in veterinary medicine include geriatric feline medicine, dentistry, oncology, and gastrointestinal disease management.

When she’s not at work, she enjoys hanging out with her partner, reading, enjoying the outdoors, trying new coffee shops, and spending time with her two cats, Freya and Loki.
